The first word that comes to mind about Rebecca-Louise’s YouTube channel is “enthusiastic.” If you want to spend your mornings with an extremely fit British-American lady whose positivity helped her literally scale Mount Everest and launch her own fitness business, then, this channel is definitely for you. With a subscriber base of over 725K, the channel offers a wide array of workout videos that cater to different fitness levels and goals.

Dance Fitness with Jessica is one of my favorite channels. And that was even before I was fortunate enough to attend several of Jessica’s live dance classes when she goes on tour. She has a very strong following and has a network of local dance instructors around the United States and Canada who have gotten certified via her instructor training. So even if you don’t live in Knoxville, TN, you can find a local class.

Yoga with Bird Yoga with Bird is one of the best yoga channels on the internet. Bird is a very knowledgeable, 200hr certified instructor from Canada who has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her videos tend to be on the shorter side, with over 500 yoga classes between 5 and 15 minutes long. Bird is our staff go-to channel for quick morning or evening yoga when we only have 5 minutes.
